Shipping Rates
- Complimentary standard shipping is available on all U.S. orders over $50.
- A flat shipping rate of $10 applies to all orders under $50.
Local Delivery
We offer complimentary local delivery within a 15-mile radius of Silver Lake, California.
Local delivery availability will appear at checkout when eligible.
For delivery requests outside of our local delivery area, additional delivery fees may apply depending on distance and location please use the text feature on the home page to text us and schedule the delivery.
Processing Time
Please allow up to 1-2 business days for processing in-stock items, excluding weekends and U.S. national holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped through USPS unless otherwise stated.
Delivery times are estimated by the carrier and may vary during holidays, high-volume periods, or unforeseen shipping delays.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Lukiee Lou is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or missing packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package is missing, we recommend contacting USPS directly using your tracking information.
