Refund policy

At Lukiee Lou, we thoughtfully curate every order with care and attention to detail. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

 

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • Returned with original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

If your return is approved, return instructions and the return shipping address will be provided. Please note that items sent back without prior return authorization may not be accepted.

PLEASE NOTE: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must provide their own return shipping label. Lukiee Lou does not provide prepaid return labels. A restocking fee of 20% is applied to all returns.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item arrives damaged
  • You receive the wrong product
  • Your order is defective

We will evaluate the issue promptly and work to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Certain items will be sold and marked “AS IS” or in a damaged or open-box condition are FINAL SALE and non-returnable. The following items are nonreturnable:

Items that are past the 14-day return window (the return window starts when the package is delivered)

Items marked as "SALE" or “FINAL SALE”

Items missing the tags or appear to be worn

Gift cards

Hair accessories

Underwear, socks, and stockings

Pool accessories

Jewelry

Books, journals, sticker books, and diaries

Toothbrushes, all body care, sunscreen, make-up sets

Swimwear without the sanitary liner

Personalized items and gift boxes are non-returnable

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us prior to submitting a request.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to place a new order after your approved return has been processed.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
